Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure that operational activities in J&T's branches meet the company’s quality standards.
• Conducting regular reviews of operational processes and outcomes to ensure that work quality meets the expected standards.
• Identifying potential issues or quality defects in operations and implementing corrective actions.
• Establishing and managing a feedback mechanism to gather opinions and suggestions from employees and customers for continuous quality improvement.
• Developing and executing quality improvement plans based on reviews and feedback to optimize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure that training and quality assurance programs align with the company’s overall strategy and objectives.
• Monitoring the operational performance of the marketing network department through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure the team meets established quality and efficiency standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Preferably 1 year of experience in operations training, quality assurance, or a related role within the logistics, courier, or express delivery industry.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment is a plus.
• Ability to analyze data, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis.
• Willingness to travel to various branches or locations as needed.
