We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at J&T Express (Malaysia ) Sdn Bhd based in Bangsar Trade Centre. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of our organisation and provide exceptional service to our valued customers.

Responsibilities:- 

• Provide courteous and efficient customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the logistics or e-commerce industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on providing efficient and effective solutions
• Proficient in Mandarin, English and Malay  ( This position will be responsible for handling calls from Mandarin-speaking clients )  with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely
• Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong customer service orientation and a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations
